WebHostingHub has been around for some time (a check on WhoIs indicates that the domain was registered back in Jan 2005) but the company was way out of the main stream’s radar until recently. At this time of writing, WebHostingHub is under the management of InMotion Hosting, one of my favorite hosting companies, which has more than 10 years of industry experience.

WHH offers an All-In-One hosting solution at a very affordable price; all WHH users get the hosting capacity of unlimited disk space, bandwidth, addon domain and bunch of standard (but useful) web applications. The company emphasizes a lot in efficieny and functionality – where customers are often able to put up their brand new sites almost immediately after signing up for the account. As one of my friends mentioned (for easy reference, let’s call him Yan from here onwards), the process is smooth and idiot-proof.

Since mid 2010, many hosting companies have raised their price tags due to the weakening of USD and increasing hardware cost. In fact if you ever use InMotion Hosting (another brand under same management of WHH), you should know how well these folks handle server uptime. These guys have zero tolerance to server downtime and for the past three/four years with InMotion Hosting, I experience no major downtime at all with them. If they can do it this good at InMotion, I believe the management team can do the same at WebHostingHub.

 Superb 24/7 US-based Customer Support (Proven By Myself!)

So far I hear zero complaint on WebHostingHub’s customer support department from my friends. Searched the Internet, and there was, again, almost zero bad words about WHH supports.

Out of curiousity, I contacted WHH live chat support as I was writing this review and gosh, I am extemely impressed! My request to chat online was answered almost immediately. I spoke to a guy named Jacob online, and asked tons of questions, and each of my questions was replied with clear and concise answer – this Jacob guy is for real and very, very knowledable. What impressed me the most is when I asked WHH’s backup policy (FYI, WHH charged an extra $1/mo for automated backup), he actually told me that he can show me how to run a backup myself so I can save up $12/year!

In short, it was a pleasure dealing with WHH customer support department and I give a huge A+ on this.
